Aging Fabulous

Aging Gracefully and Your Makeup

terri hatcher I’m giving Teri the benefit of the doubt here. I’m saying that someone else did her makeup for the Grammys and applied it with a little too heavy a hand. There is way too much eye makeup, and even the color of her lipstick just wasn’t right. Her makeup artist needs to learn the meaning of subtle!

There is a rule of thumb here. As you get older, you will want to add less and less makeup. The last thing you want to do is emphasize every little line that you have acquired. Enough said.

I agree that she had on too much make-up. I think she was trying just a little too hard.

All those people calling her Scary Teri have got something, methinks. She is so pretty, but is not showing her best side lately.

frankly, i dont care a sod if my makeup-artist was heavy handed if he/she could make me look like that it a publicity shot! Older or wiser or too much foundation on the mug she’s still a babe

I kind of liked her smokey eyes – it went well with her dress. I would have done something cleaner with the hair, though.

I give a million to have that figure but I wouldn’t go out in public with that much garbage on my face. Look at Meryl Streep – she is ten times prettier and classier – that is just too much junk on the face. The really beautiful women use less – Julianne Moore is a good example of the younger set – Andie McDowell is over 50 and she looks younger than Teri. But it isn’t about how old or young you look, it is about looking like yourself!
