Aging Fabulous

Adult Acne. Help Clear it up with this new Acne Treatment System.

Thank goodness I have been blessed with pretty blemish free skin. Aside from the occasional pimple as a teenager that usually came out every month around the same time (which we all know why), I may get a pimple now just once or twice a year. But I realize that I am lucky and that this is just not the case for many women. Adult acne is definitely a problem, and it seems to plague more and more women as they get closer to menopause. Seriously – who would have thought this could happen? My fingers are crossed that it does not happen to me – but if it does, I know what treatment system I will try first.

Introducing Skin Effects by Jeffrey Dover new Acne Treatment System with Transdermal 24 Technology. This system, created by world renowned dermatologist Dr. Jeffrey Dover exclusively for CVS/pharmacy, is a system that is quite sophisticated. It is a regimen to not only treat acne, but to help prevent acne in the first place. Using Transdermal 24 Technology, a ground-breaking patent compound, the system continues to work and keep the active acne-fighting ingredients on the skin. Yes, even through sweat and washing, so these products stay on the skin and actually provide continuous treatment for up to 24 hours.

The Acne System products include:
Acne Treatment System $24.99 – this is a two piece set that includes Continuous Acne Clear Cream and Cleansing Mask.
Spot Treatment $9.99
Acne Cleansing Mask $14.99

These products are available, as all of Dr. Jeffrey Dover’s Skin Effects products, exclusively at CVS and CVS.com

  1. Magnet says:

If you have been blessed with acne free skin how do you know if it really works?

  2. Teri says:

Magnet – Well, from previously using Dr. Dover’s products and by looking at the ingredients, I would have confidence in trying this product if I had the need to.

I would love to hear from readers who may have tried it though.

  3. I might take a look at that. My poor skin is absolutely blemish prone, with large pores and the oil and everything! I don’t know if I’d go so far as to say I’ve ever had full blown “acne”, as I usually have only one or two pimples at most at a time. My biggest problem (As I said in another comment :D ) is really the red marks left behind from acne. Mine take so long to fade!

I’m going to definitely Google around for this and read reviews!
