They don't hurt, don't turn your skin red, and give you a pretty good result, especially when combined with a photofacial. Because I've had so many, at 66 my skin still looks many years younger. And I will never have surgery :-) I wouldn't be as confident doing it myself as having a trained asethetician do it for me, though. I’ve had lots of microdermabrasions and peels.
