Aging Fabulous

An Eye Shadow that Lifts.

I have finally gotten my mother re-interested in using a little makeup. She goes through her fads like most of us, but hers go from wearing a bit of foundation, cream blush, mascara and lipstick to nothing. I recently got her hooked on lipgloss – yeah! She wants to wear some shadow for a few upcoming events too, and she knew that she could come to me for product advice.

DuWop_ShadowliftMom’s eyes are a bit wrinkled and sagging. When she uses a powder shadow, a lot of the shadow gets concentrated in the creases of the wrinkles. And there is simply no way I would get her to use a primer – having her wear eyeshadow is feat in itself!

In searching today, I found a fairly new product from DuWop Cosmetics called ShadowLift. It looks to be a creamy or gel eyeshadow that is actually pumped out. With the added benefits of firming ingredients using some fancy anti-aging technology, I think this is a good choice for Mom.

With revolutionary anti-aging and skin perfecting ingredients, gorgeous pigment, and fine shimmer, Shadowlift helps firm the eyelid and provides a creamy, shimmery, finish with beautiful color.

Shadowlift was created using the newest, most cutting edge anti-aging ingredients. The finest moisturizers and beautiful shimmery pigment were added to Shadowlift.

We will be making our way to Sephora to scope this out, and will let you know how it works. In the mean time, if anyone here has tried this before, please let me know, as I would love to hear your thoughts.

  1. Now that sounds really cool! The “bottle” it comes in really caught my eye, it’s very unique for an eyeshadow and kinda pretty in a simplistic way.

I can’t wait to see the ingredients list. For the gel and lift I bet they are using marine based gels, but I could be wrong. If it works as well ass it is supposed to and stays in place, this would be a great gift for friends in need of a little eyelid color!
