I received over 400 anti-aging tips from you during the Philosophy contest. A lot of the tips rang true for me (get plenty of sleep, drink lot’s of water, stay out of the sun, moisturize), and I thought I would share not just some of the more common ones, but some tips that stood out to make me chuckle and think.

), Extra Virgin Olive Oil on my face every night, a good Moisturizing Masque now and then and then the big one (I feel) is LAUGHTER and lots of it!!” – Anne Taylor

“Sunscreen and sunglasses, but most importantly, a positive outlook.” – Tobye David
more after the jump…
“Daily naps. Let me say that again, DAILY NAPS. I could be the poster child touting daily naps because people always guess me as younger than I am.” – Tracey Byram

“Never, never, never use soap on your face.” – Deborah Rosen

My friend wrote an article on anti aging and she suggests using baking soda as an anti aging skin treatment. Does this work yay or nay?
I have a link to an article about using baking soda as an exfoliant: http://www.agingfabulous.com/link-of-the-day-june-23-2008/
