Things are slightly different here in the United Kingdom… only doctors and nurse practitioners (even so they need to be “under the supervision” of doctors) are legally allowed to inject Botox, because it is a prescribed drug.

I think the key is to find someone who understands the facial muscles (after all this is the whole purpose of botox treatment… to relax these muscles) AND has had lots of experience and skill in doing it.
