Sometimes I wish I could just wave a magic wand and correct all of my past damage. My age spots and discolorations are becoming more apparent everyday. Ugh. There is a new weapon in our line of defenses. Clinique Even Better Skin Tone Corrector.
Using the latest skin brightening technology to help diminish the appearance of dark spots and help prevent new discolorations from appearing, this just might be the answer I am looking for. Or at least a start.
This is a very lightweight serum, formulated to be suitable for all skin types and tones. It glides on skin and creates a smooth veil that instantly makes skin appear more smooth, bright, and radiant. Clinique says that within 4 to 6 weeks, this serum measurably and visibly corrects, clarifies and evens, and over even more time, it helps prevent new darkening.
How does this work? Potent antioxidants are the first weapon of defense in the formula as it helps the formation of new dark spots to form. With a unique yeast extract derived from mushrooms, combined with black-out yeast, it helps to break up the appearance of existing dark spots and scatters them into less visible particles. Lastly, a special blend of exfoliating ingredients gently and effectively removes these scattered particles from the skin’s surface, thus improving the overall evenness of the skin tone.

I’ve been using this for about a month now…..unfortunately (?) had a tropical vacation in the middle of it, so I am unsure how well the product is doing (although I used sunscreen the entire vaca)….I will give it a couple more weeks before I write it off. Seems to be some improvement but not like I had hoped.
