Cover Girl & Olay Introduce Simply Ageless

Cover Girl and Olay have teamed up to create a line of beauty products for aging fabulously. Their goal was to develop products that would have the benefit of a serum built into the color.
This breakthrough formula with Olay Regenerist Serum and SPF 22 is intended to stay suspended over fine lines and wrinkles, like a mineral powder that sits on the surface on your skin so not to clog your pores. Combining CoverGirl’s color cosmetics with Olay’s Regenerist serum, the formulation boasts a new solid emulsion technology that creates a veil like finish over the skin’s imperfections, meaning it’s designed to cover imperfections without gathering in wrinkles and making skin look older. Clinically shown to provide significant improvement in skin condition in just four weeks, but based on a few of the reviews I have read it looks as though they may need a little more time in the lab perfecting their formula.
Ellen Degeneres who debuted SIMPLY AGELESS on her TV show will also be the spokesperson and face of the new beauty line. When asked about the new line she was quoted as saying “Inner beauty is important, but not nearly as important as outer beauty. That’s why I use Cover Girl Simply Ageless makeup with Olay Regenerist Serum.”
Watch out Beyonce, Halle, and Jessica, looks like you may have a little competition:-)

My-oh-my…you got THAT right. I know that at 52 I cannot turn back the pages of time, and certainly do not expect miracles…but give me a break here…paying 20 bucks to look ten years OLDER sticks in my craw, beleive you me.
I have been wearing CoverGirl makeup for my whole adult life, and have never been as discusted with a product, as with this one…EVER!
It inhances the pores and small lines, so they stand out in relief. It is sticky and greasy, and makes my face feel dirty the entire time I can suffer to leave it on.
It might be “cheap” to some folks, but to me, it was an expensive waste of a good 20 dollar bill. Into the garbage it will go.
I just bought Simply Ageless foundation and really like the way it feels except that the color is too white for me. I bought Ivory which is what I normally wear but this product makes my face look very white. I thought I would be able to return it to get a darker color but I was told that since I opened it I can’t return it! I paid $13 for it because I wanted to try it and Ivory is my color with other products.
What Store you bought it? Wal Mart always return your money even if you open & try any make up. I like buy everything in Wal Mart. Wal Mart is very good to customers.
“I bought Ivory which is what I normally wear but this product makes my face look very white”
That too, is a problem I have as well. I bought the colour I usually wear…I even checked it on the “skin-tone tester strip”, and it makes me look like a wrinkled ghost. LOL!
Lucky you to have gotten away with getting it for $13. Here it is $17.99 plus 14% tax.
Not a happy camper.
I recently purchased your new Simply Ageless Foundation. I do like it, but the container is not the easiest to use, the plastic broke off where you keep the applicator and it was very hard to even get the make-up open. I do hope you can find better packaging. I could not return it because I had thrown out the reciept. Thank you!
Sincerely,

Ladies:
Whoever told you you can’t return it is giving you a bunch of crap. Rhonda, I don’t work for the company but I would suggest you contacting their corporate office with your complaint. You can find this info on their website.
Usually most drugstores, Walmart’s or Targets will take the product back, even if it has been opened. These companies are making so much money then can afford to so don’t be afraid to get squeaky and get your money back.
This is the worse make up I have ever tried. My face feels tight and dry. I look 10 years older. I also look like a ghost. Yikes…..Run girls run.
I just purchased the Covergirl & Olay Simply Ageless compact and I have no idea how to open the foundation side. There must be something that I can’t figure out. Please help!!!
You can return the Simply Ageless foundation to Covergirl if you are not happy with the product. Go to Covergirl.com/simplyageless and click on the money-back guarantee link. You must have your receipt to return the product. I also found that it was very white and had to go several shades darker than my usual ivory color.
I love the product (Covergirl & Olay) but have a problem with the packaging.
I was dressed to go out and was putting on the foundation when it fell out of the compact on to my skirt. Needless to say that was not a good thing since I am a bilateral amputee above the knee and getting dressed in a hurry is a chore. Is it supposed to be in the clear glass lid, which is where it was when I opened up, or on the blue side with the white sheet. I sure would like to know.
I can not believe what I just heard on the commercial. We have a society in which young women are killing themselves to be ‘beautiful’. The same ‘beautiful’ that the media promotes. Now Cover Girl is publically stating that outter beauty is more important than inner beauty, this is horrifying!! Cover girl, I am greatly disappointed. I may be only one consumer but I will no longer be purchasing your products. I realize that the message was intended for ‘older’ women but truth is, young women are hearing the message as well. I hope that I am not the only one who sees that this is so very wtong.
Personally, I love this product. It gives me great coverage without being heavy or sinking into my pores. I did have to go one shade darker, also, but that was no problem, I just exchanged it at the drugstore where I bought it. It goes on creamy and sheer but softens to a slighty more matte look. I glow and I don’t have to use any powder – that is what gets cakey and emphasizes the lines, ladies, its the powder you are using. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that this is such a great product. I use a fresh cosmetic sponge wedge (each day) to apply a sheer layer & then go back over to touch up the spots that need slightly more coverage. Sometimes I use the sponge wet to get a really sheer look. Terrific stuff!
