I have been following this routine for the past year or so and it certainly beats dieting. But I have another reason for doing so… maintaining my blood sugar levels. And if anything, I find that I’m rarely hungry, but I have to eat anyway. Who would have thought?? And combine that with exercise everyday and you are almost guaranteed to get into one kickass bathing suit this summer!
