Flash Retouche to the Rescue.

Of course, as I was preparing to head to the big apple to attend some beauty events at fashion week, I got some kind of annoying bite under my eye – lovely. As if the itching wasn’t bad enough, I had redness and swelling all the down to my cheekbone.
I took care of the daily swelling, which seemed to be worse in the morning, by applying hot compresses to the whole area. Now for the concealing. Heavy duty concealers made it look worse, and everything I tried just called attention to the problem. Finally, I remembered one of my favorite concealers that I usually just carry in my handbag for touch-ups. Lancôme Flash Retouche.
Flash Retouche is a brush on concealer, in a pen type applicator. All you need to do is click the bottom of the applicator a few times and voila, the perfect amount of makeup is dispensed. Inside the concealer itself are tiny pearly pigments that help to brighten and hide at the same time. The chamomile and hydrating agents that are infused in the formula helped my under eye area even feel better.
Flash Retouche comes in three easy to match, skin tone shades. It sells for $28 at your favorite Lancôme counter.
On a little side note, when pronouncing Lancôme, I always say it like this, “lan-comb”, when in actuality, it is supposed to be pronounced, “lawn-comb”. Thanks to Erica, the beautiful Lancôme rep I met at Fashion Week over the weekend, for clearing this up for me. Now, if they could only get the Lancôme sales people to prounounce it correctly!

Ha – you should here them say Lancome down south – more like LAN-cum. Its ugly.
Oh no, Christina! You must teach them – it is lawn-comb!
