Genpets – Urban Legend or A Definite Possibility?

Since the days when I was a teen, I have seen a lot of changes. No, I not that old, but life has certainly speeded up. A few years ago, I would have laughed at such a thing. Now hardly anything surprises me anymore. A bioengeneered pet?? Who knows…
I found this over at Snopes and while this is probably a thing that will become reality sometime in the future, apparently it isn’t quite here yet. Personally, these little “guys” give me the creeps. Maybe it’s my generation… I don’t know.
According to Genpets.com, “Genpets are not toys or robots. They are living, breathing genetic animals.”
How do you feel about them? Do you think they will ever exist… or simply a hoax?
Well, we can hope they’re a hoax. Not too cute.
I think they are soo cute and kinda remind me of those ring tailed leemerhs(however you spell it:P) and I hope they will exist in the upcoming years.:)
these things are creepy..i mean imagine what they can do if they were smart or something..
