GOING GREEN AT THE GRAMMYS

On Friday, February 6, I attended the “Green Music Event” held at the Mercury Hotel in Korea Town to celebrate the Grammys.  I was able to try all kinds of organic foods, drinks and beauty products as well as meet some interesting people.

There was so much to see and try my head was spinning.  By the time I left my bag was full of the most amazing environmentally friendly & healthy items.

I met a young man there named Trent Horinek who started his own company a few years ago using recyclable products to make all natural cleaners.  It’s all in the family with his father as CEO.  Pretty impressive for an 18 year old.  The name of his company and product is Re 2. It’s an electrolyzed skin safe bacteria reducer that has the same bacteria killing affect as harsh and dangerous chemicals, without the actual chemicals!  It’s odorless, non-toxic and extremely powerful in killing dangerous bacteria such as E.
