I love The Biggest Loser. I just get nervous that they lose so much weight so fast, which I always thought was sort of extreme. I went to the gym for an hour last night and was so tired. I bet the people on the show do 3 hours or more of workouts a day. I wish I knew how much they actually exercise each day!
THE BIGGEST LOSER IS A GREAT SHOW…ALWAYS WATCH IT WITH THE KID. IT KEEPS UP STRIVING TO KEEP IN THE BEST PHYSICAL CONDITION WE CAN BE IN ALL WHILE TRYING TO “AGE FABULOUSLY” HAHA
I do think that they must exercise for a crazy amount of time each day. Overall, the show is very inspirational though, don’t you think?
