How to Apply Bronzer

Color Me Beautiful Kabuki BrushI have seen so many mistakes this summer that I thought that I would see if I could find a how-to on the subject of applying bronzer. It pretty much fell into my lap. On Friday, CityLine, one of the shows that I take time to watch almost every day asked the same question.

Apparently, you are supposed to use a very big brush and then use less than you think you will need. Apparently the oil that occurs during the day on your skin will turn the bronzer darker. That probably accounted for a lot of the mistakes I was seeing on the streets, but I didn’t know about the darkening possibility either!

The makeup artist also said that you should apply a little bronzer to all the places that the sun would normally touch, but not to forget the neck. It needs a bit of color too!
