I’m feeling like crap!

Kleenex ColdCare Facial Tissues, Extra Large, 3-Ply, White, Unscented, Case Pack - Eighteen - 60 Count Boxes (1080 Tissues)The last couple of days, I was shoveling the driveway, going for walks in the park… I even went exploring in the woods yesterday. I really had to do something about this hatred of winter that I have developed since Christmas and Florida and it was starting to work. I was finding that if you bundle up with lots of layers, you can actually go out in January and enjoy everything the day has to offer.

Then it hit. Last night my throat began to feel a little scratchy. I didn’t sleep well and this morning I feel like death warmed over. So, I guess my biggest regret is the fact that I touched something that was covered in someone elses germs.

So, I’m going to have a bowl of chicken noodle soup and then go back to bed for a couple of hours. I hate it when I feel sick and I have a feeling that I’m not all that fun to live with either!

  1. [...] When I get sick… I get miserable. Just ask anyone in the family. Anyway, I already wrote about how I caught the cold over on Aging Fabulous, so if you want to hear me moan a little more, you can head over there. [...]

  2. [...] Why is it that when other people get sick, they can pretty much carry on as usual? Not so with me. At the moment, I feel like death warmed over. If you want details, you can find them here. And then you can tell me just how sorry you are for me lol… Sick people fall into two categories… they want to be left alone or they want to be waited on hand and foot. Can you guess which category I fall into? [...]
