Is It Hot Yet?
If you are experiencing hot weather, chances are you have the makings of sweaty feet. For that reason alone it is very important to drink plenty of fluids and keep up with your exercise. Both will regulate your body temperature and help with the sweating issue.
No why on earth your feet would sweat when you live in sandals is beyond me, but it’s happening! So at this very moment I have a full bottle of water sitting on my desk. To be quite honest, I’m kind of getting tired of water. I know, I know… it’s one of our best beauty foods!!
