I am only 23 but my legs are already covered in spider veins! Is there anything I can do to stop them occuring in the first place?

    • Lucie Larancuent-Domenech says:

There’s no fool-proof way to prevent all spider veins from occurring, but there are ways to minimize the number of veins that you have…such as:
      - Always wear sunscreen and minimize sun expossure
      - Not crossing your legs and elevate them while resting
      - Eat a diet low in salt, high in fiber and watch your weight
      - Get different parents (lol)
I’m not a doctor, so make sure and discuss this with a medical professional as well. Thanks for reading my blog! Best regards, Lucie

If you color your hair at home put conditioner around your hairline before coloring and the color won’t stick to your skin.

They say I’m aging fabulously and I’m so glad to hear it! Love your blog. Beauty tip…..what to do when you run out of moisturizer for your lips, or elbows or knees or under the eyes?? Use organic coconut oil. It melts into your skin instantly and is super hydrating, and one $10 jar could last a year. It’s my emergency relief.

  13. Theresa says:

My beauty tip is to give your eyelash curler a little blast with the hairdryer to heat it up, makes your lashes nice & curly super fast!

  14. Caroline says:

I have very dry skin and find if I apply a sheer lightweight moisturizing serum first on clean skin and let it sink in my heavier moisturizer stays put on my skin when I apply it afterwards.

  15. Tracey Byram says:

Use an exfoliate on your face everyday and on your body once a week.

  16. Cynthia C says:

No matter how tired you are, it’s important to remove makeup and moisturize before going to bed. Thank you!
