Aging Fabulous

A Swedish Study on Men

blueberriesI’m getting to the study, but I have blueberries on my mind at the moment, so we will start there. Just in case you didn’t know it, blueberries are excellent collagen promoters. Since collagen molecules can’t pass through the skin because of their size, I guess eating them is a good way to go. Won’t even mention the fact that they taste good!

But here is something that I didn’t know. I happened upon a Swedish study was done on men aged 54 to 80 and the study found that those who ate the most servings of fruit each day, lived the longest. I wonder if I can entice that bag of potato chips away from my husband and hand him fruit instead?? Worth a try! And fresh blueberries just might work!
