Skin Care Purchasing Habits – Poll Results.

Last month I posted a poll asking where you most often purchased your skin care products. Here are the results:

17% of you buy your skin care items online.

51% of you purchase your skin care items at drugstores and mass merchandisers, which was the clear majority in the responses.

5% of you go to a specialty boutique to purchase your skin care product.

2% of you go to your Physician when it comes to purchasing your skin care items.

22% of you go to the department store counter to purchase.

I was honestly a bit surprised to hear that most of you purchase your skin care items through a mass merchandiser or drugstore. I don’t know why I am surprised, but I am. I seem to concentrate more on highlighting department store and luxury brands here in my posts, but that is not what you buy. I have learned that mass market brands are what you prefer.

In doing this poll I learned a lot, and I am glad I did. From here on out, I will be sure to better balance my posts and bring you more information on mass market brands.

Thank-you for taking the poll. And also for taking into consideration the fact that in this day and time, most of us can not afford department store or luxury brands. Although I do like to be informed and read about what is out there.
