You have the best information on anti aging products I have seen. Thanks for the quality product information.
My favorite beauty tip is to realize how important it is for your whole body to stay well-hydrated.
My tip is to wear sunscreen everyday and always wash all your makeup off before going to sleep. Thanks!

Thank you for the information I’m going to try the FlexNow for my daughter. She has been battling leg, and joint pain 9 years.. Doctors say it’s her shoes and therapy and different medications have been given but very little positive results in her pain. I’m willing to try this medication and hope it helps her. Thank you
Unless you like looking like an old leather purse, stop tanning, NOW.

Drink plenty of water and get a good deal of rest! Thanks!
Always remove makeup before bed
My tip is to use a damp eyeshadow applicator on black eyeshadow to create a softer eyeliner look.
I use a thick Vitamin E cream as a primer under my make up, it works great and is much cheaper then most primers.
Stop smoking and get some rest already.
Put vaseline on your eyelashes. Thanks for the giveaway!
Putting on lotion right after you get out of the shower so that your skin can absorb it better! Thanks for the contest!
I am always told how young I look, and I chalk it up to not drinking or smoking and getting 8 hours of sleep a night
Smacking your lips with Vaseline every night before you go to bed.
When you apply facial moisturizer, you should pat it on instead of rubbing it. Typically, your hands are dryer than your face, so if you rub it in more will absorb on your fingers and less on your face.
I am definitely interested in giving this product a try..thank you! It seems lately that when I travel and am sitting most of the day (or night) my ankles tend to swell up..and this product might help with unwanted inflammation.
My beauty tip is to keep a bottle of lotion in the shower to apply when your shower is done and your skin is still wet…results..very soft skin!
I put Vaseline on my lips before I go to bed to keep them moist
When I have really chapped lips, I put vaseline on my lips before I go to bed and wake up with soft lips again.

There are so many products available today, which claim to have anti ageing properties, and reduce lines and wrinkles. It can be confusuing which product to choose. Prevention is always better than a cure, so wearing sun protection with at least SPF 15 is very important. Get into this habit all year round, even if you are not outdoors.
gee, learned alot …thank you so much!
I heard about his product and was really excited to hear that I can use it along with eyelash extensions. It’s a perfect combo! I love full, natural looking lashes (D’Lashes in Hollywood, CA) and now Neulash, GREAT!
What do I use for sun-damaged skin? I’ve been out in the sun a lot for my travels and now my skin is all blochy and peeling. Pls. advice. Thank you so much!
There is a range of treatment options available for sun damage. The treatments include prescription and non prescription medication. Cosmetic procedures are available for more serious sun damage. It is important that you speak with your dermatologist about your level of sun damage and treatment that will best suit your individual needs. Good luck and thank you for reading the Aging Fabulous blog!
No wonder I need about 8, 10, hours sleep!!!
Sleeeeeeep is sooooooooo important, because that’s WHEN your body repairs itself. Our bodies begin the process, and prepares for sleep when the sun goes down, prompting the hormone melatonin to be released.
A cascading of events begins chemically and, when/if light is introduced in the middle of the night…it halts all the processes, because your brain signals the body…”it’s morning…shows over”.
I’m SO glad that you brought this topic up !!
Young & old need to better understand *what happens to each of us at night*
Nothing is better for your overall ANTI-aging than The Concert of Chemistry that the body silently plays, every night, for *our* benefit.
