Is it me, or is there something wrong with this picture?
This is the soon to be 40 year old, country mega-star Faith Hill. She is stunning.

More than fit for a magazine cover, but Redbook didn’t think so. Jezebel.com got this “before” cover shot of Faith prior to being Photo Shopped to the editor’s liking.
I am appalled. What are we supposed to aspire to? She is beautiful. Why did the editor feel that she needed so much re-touching?

Oh dear, I have noticed a few. On my hands. Ugly, little brown, patchy spots. Age spots. I hate them. I want them gone, and better yet, I have been looking into how to prevent age spots in the first place.

I am in a full on major exercise kick these days. I do a bit of stretching, light weights, and stomach crunches, but my main focus is walking. Oh – I like the walking. I am up to just over 5 miles a day, which I break up into two separate walking expeditions.

The search for the fountain of youth continues…
I have been seeing this on my local news all day. Supposedly women are calling and e-mailing local television stations to find out where to get the Number Seven Cream. Well, the cream is actually a serum, from Best Selling UK Beauty Brand Boots. Boots recently launched in the United States, and the PR people have certainly done a great job of getting this “anti-aging miracle serum” out there. From what I hear locally, it is selling out at Target.
So is this just great marketing? Public Relations? Or does this serum really work? …read more

The ever so lovely Christina from eBeautyDaily recently wrote a post about Anti-Aging Foundation.
She mentioned a foundation from RoC, called RoC Retin-Ox Illuminateur. As I love many of Roc’s anti-aging products (using their Resurfacing Cleansing Discs daily – more on that to come later), I am surprised to hear of this foundation. I have never seen this available. I wonder if it is only available in the UK. Have any of you ever heard of this, or better yet, tried it out?

Oh – to have the smooth hips and thighs I once did when I was say, uh, 22! I don’t think I had an inch of Cellulite on me. Though I know that may not be completely true, even babies have spots of it, there was none on me that was visible to the eye. Well, from a few feet away, anyway.
