ADEO Fitness Companion – Making Fitness Fun…
I have discovered gadgets and I’m getting hooked big time. For the past year or so I was quite happy with my pedometer, but after seeing Adeo Fitness Companion, I am thinking of trading up.
This little gadget will track all of my activities and then analyze what I have done. That should give me a pretty good idea if I have come close to doing enough exercise for the day!
