So if you want to sneak in a few “ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRs” it’s perfectly okay.
Actually my husband has been doing it all morning long. And I’m sure that he will carry on the minute he walks into the office.
We first came upon the holiday when we were vacationing in Cornwall, England and heard the djs talking about it on the radio. We thought it was a British thing. Obviously not!!

Do you remember them?? I vaguely recognize the photo, but I’m pretty sure that I have never used them. According to Beanie over at Advantage Style, “These Hair Spools Are Pinless and Pliable.
Unlike conventional hair rollers, which are hard and unforgiving, these tried-and-true hair spools are made of soft, pliable plastic so you can leave them in overnight and still get a good night’s sleep.”

Orange Juice and Kidney Stones
I’ve been down that road and I don’t want to go that route again. But, I guess it could have been worse. I had what was known as silent kidney stones and no one had a clue that I had a 9 mm stone until it showed up on an cat scan. So, while I had absolutely no pain, I did have to go through numerous tests just to be sure that’s what it was and then surgery to remove it. Certainly not fun.
