What’s all the fuss about Flax you say?
For years we have been hearing and learning of the benefits of Flax. As an oil, in a seed form, or as a powder. Flax is a blue-flowered plant that grows in cool northern climates of the western Canadian prairies and northern U.S. It’s benefits are endless and my favorite is how it has improved the appearance of my skin in general.
