If you’re unsure of what to remove and what to leave alone, I suggest using an eyebrow stencil to help with the plucking. Once you have filled the brow in with color and have the desired shape, anything outside of the shape should be tweezed, and trimmed. I am not a fan of waxing since the skin around the eye area is extremely delicate and after lots of tugging your eyes pay the price. This goes for above and under the eyebrow.
A LITTLE EXTRA TIP: To get Debra’s perfectly manicured arches, comb brows upward using a fine-tooth eyebrow comb, and then lay the stencil over the eye and fill in with color. Once you’ve done this remove the stencil and carefully trim any hairs that poke above your browline. If you want a very clean line above the brow you can use an eyebrow trimmer, which will get rid of the tiniest hairs in a flash.

You all know how much I love eyebrows and talk about them regularly. My favorite eyebrow stencils and kits as you also know are from Anastasia. I had the pleasure of working with Anastasia a few years back while she was launching an extension of her already successful eyebrow line.
