It’s kind of hard to do, but if you are serving pizza at home, try to slip a piece of paper toweling beneath to sop up the oil. It will save you a ton of calories. And to make it nutritious, pile on the veggies. Yes, I’m in a virtuous mood today and it seems that it is getting too easy apply inches to my waistline without even trying.

Have to agree with that one. There is nothing more fun that whacking someone with a snowball when they least expected it. But most of the time it backfires because I’m don’t have a very good aim. So, I’m really good at starting snowball fights, but I’m dismal at winning.
Hey, you can chuck it up to number of calories burned. It sure beats stair climbing.

I was perusing what Advantage Style had to offer and found this. I have already tried walking on a glass floor and it is big time scary. It was a few years ago in the CN Tower and it was just a tiny square that you could step on, look down and then jump back off. Well, you won’t be able to jump back off this one. It’s huge!
But I would imagine that it would be an amazing way to burn calories! So, would you be able to walk out on this glass platform?

Fruit juice is good for you right?? Well, it isn’t so good for your waistline. While it’s definitely better than a sugary soda, there is still a lot of sugar in a glass of juice. Just stop for a moment and think about how many pieces of fruit had to be squeezed for just one glass. So, there is not only a lot of sugar, but some extra calories too. But there is a way around it.
