How clean is your toothbrush?
How many of us really give it any thought?? But now that you are thinking about it, you might want to soak it in mouthwash for a minute or so about once a month. That should be enough to kill bacteria. I don’t know about you, but I would rather not catch a cold this winter if I can help it.

When I get a cold, I really get a cold, but I was just reading this morning about the benefits of garlic. It has been proven that garlic wards off colds and infections. Next time you are at the supermarket, be sure to pick up a bulb and then find all the ways possible to work it into your diet. A winter with no colds, sounds like a great winter to me.

The Flu Shot
Well, it’s that time again. Do you have plans on heading to the doctor to get the flu shot or do you have a good reason to avoid it? Just in case you are wondering, I dug up this little bit of information to help you decide.
