There were so many wonderful submissions.  I’m glad to hear that you are all happy with who you have become.  It’s not easy aging but doing it with grace and a little help from some product definitely makes the journey that much more fun!
I felt that with Galena’s positive attitude after all she’s been through she deserved to enjoy a little pleasure in a fabulous perfume!

At the “Green Music Event” last week I was introduced to the most amazing body buff and body scrub created by Nettie Davis a celebrity manicurist with a loyal list of followers. Her best friend Desiree pulled me aside and worked the magical body scrub into my hands. The other day I experienced the best scalp massage at gavert/atelier located at 9666 Brighton Way in the beautiful city of Beverly Hills.  It was the Grand re-opening and unveiling of the new loft space housing Nagomi Hair Spa and I was lucky enough to cover it.

Sometimes simply thinking can tire you out! It certainly has that effect on me, so a quick spritz of my favorite perfume spritzed around the room for some reason seems to perk me up!
And if I want something more unusual, I fill a spray bottle each morning with a little fresh water and a drop or two of essential oil. This morning it’s 1 drop of Bergamot and 2 drops Clove oil. When I need a break, I shake the bottle and mist away. Empty the bottle each night and start fresh in the morning.
