If you are serious about slowing down the aging process, you should consume less sugar, drink less coffee, exercise more, eat less meat and consume more fruits and veggies.
While that might sound like a lot of changes, it really isn’t once you start. Presently, I am trying the less sugar thing, but simply choosing a piece of fruit instead.
