One of the most important things for those in their 50’s to do is to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

The ‘Man With Two Brains’ star says whenever he does change the colour of his locks, his films flop.”
Why is it that men seem distinguished with white hair, but we haven’t quite caught up with that way of thinking?
I’m trying to convince myself not to pick up a box of color, but I’m wavering. What’s your thoughts on coloring your hair when the silver strands begin to appear?
