Before I did a major overhawl on my diet for medical reasons, I admit that I had lots of bad habits. But maybe having to change how I ate was a blessing in disguise. I am certainly a lot healthier than I have ever been at any other time in my life. Okay, so there are days when I could kill for chocolate!

<p>Is there anyone out there who is keeping a food journal and has it been successful? Actually, on the way down to the hotel laundry room, Britt asked what my entry was about and when I told her, she mentioned the fact that Oprah keeps a food journal. </p>
