Tune into Oprah today, as she will be having her resident Doctor Oz on the show.
Today, Dr. Oz will follow up to a recent episode where he will tackle the subject of aging, once again. The official title of the show is Dr. Oz on Aging: How to Turn Back Time Part 2. I will be watching and can not wait to see what he claims his miracle “green drink” is.

As a teen, summer days were spent in the quest for the perfect tan. With cocoa butter and baby oil, my friends and I baked in the midday sun.
Fast forward to adulthood and the breaking news health headline reads: “Eighty percent of your lifetime sun damage occurs before age 18.”
The information has come too late for us, as we are now well past the teen years. The consensus? We are toast. Literally. Left to wait for the sun skin damage to start revealing itself in premature wrinkles and worse yet, skin cancer.

If there is a woman alive who can pull this off it will be Kristey. She has publicly lost 75 pounds and is in the 145 pound range. She’s shooting for 135 pounds before she appears on Oprah in November, but whether or not she manages to lose those ten pounds, she’s going to grab a lot of attention and more power to her!

I think that we all have our own idea about what Heaven might be like, but Oprah’s is a great big baked potato and someone to share it with.
If someone asked you what your idea of heaven would be, what comes to mind?
I’m thinking a little island where it is warm all year round… sort of like Martinique! I could live in sandals, a bathing suit and a pareo all day long!
