No this isn’t the fun part of aging, but a very necessary one. My Mother-in-Law died last November while on holiday in England, suddenly leaving my Father-in Law to pick up the pieces. Dance as Though…

Dance as though no one is watching you,
love as though you never been hurt before,
sing as though no one can hear you,
live as though heaven is on earth
Unknown…
But I sure like the sentiment. Isn’t that exactly what childhood is like??
Maybe I will try the singing part seeing that everyone has fallen asleep around here. Is that what Sunday afternoons are for??

I don’t think that I would want to relive my teen years if you paid me. Life without stress is so much nicer. And if you are saying to yourself at this moment, that your life has tons of stress… take a few moments and think about all of the good things that are in your life these days. When I read this quote, I was soooo there. I’m doing my best to eat exactly what I’m supposed to, but the stress part is a little harder. But before I get into that, here is the quote…
