Dan Buettner refers to them as Blue Zones — geographical locations people reside that appear to give them an advantage when it comes to living longer, active, healthier lives. Buettner has been traveling the globe in search of these locations in order to learn the secrets of longevity from the residents who live there. Saying Goodbye…
When I first saw this journal idea, the first thing that I thought of was all of the people that I have had to say goodbye to. That is an unfortunate fact of life, but to my surprise, Heather wants us to list the goodbyes that are positive too. I never quite thought of it that way… Here’s what she has to say.
