With all the situps that I’m doing, I think that I have it under control, but this little chopping board should make it that much easier. I had no idea that this even existed!!

Reasons You Might Not Want to Drink Milk

I know that we need calcium, but did you know that we don’t need milk to get it. Salmon, nuts, spinach and any other dark green vegetable can give you what you need. And once you have given up dairy products, you might notice that you have better skin and less puffiness too. Now that’s not a bad thing!

Okay, I have to admit that I don’t like spinach unless it is in a salad. Cooked spinach tastes absolutely horrible, but I just might rethink the spinach thing if it does this much good for your skin.
