Are you still using sunblock?
Even though the temperatures are falling where I live, it is still important to wear a sunblock every day. And here is something I tend to forget. You are supposed to apply it 15 minutes before you go outside. I tend to remember just before I go out the door. And for you skiers and snowboarders… you really have to pay attention to your sunblock application because of the altitude. It’s not something that you think about when you are young. I know I spent hours working on my tan every summer and it wasn’t long before I was a gorgeous shade of brown.
