This is a Body Bronzing Luminizer, that smoothes on over my legs, leaving them beautifully bronzed and toned, with a hint of shimmer. And I say just a hint, because it is not an obvious one, just a beautiful, almost sheen-like finish. It has a very enjoyable light pina colada scent, not overpowering at all.

TANtalizer dries completely in just a few minutes, and is pretty much streak and transfer free.
