There was a time when we could eat anything we wanted and not gain an ounce. And then it got a little harder, but bringing up kids burned calories pretty quickly. Well, now we don’t have little kids to run after anylonger and our metabolism is slowing down. Nature’s Answer to Estrogen-Replacement Therapy
Have to admit, all of this is new to me. I had decided that I don’t want to take hormone replacements, but this is a whole other story and one that I will definitely be checking out.

Reasons You Might Not Want to Drink Milk
I know that we need calcium, but did you know that we don’t need milk to get it. Salmon, nuts, spinach and any other dark green vegetable can give you what you need. And once you have given up dairy products, you might notice that you have better skin and less puffiness too. Now that’s not a bad thing!
