Can a beauty drink give you a beautiful glow?
According to the experts beauty drinks can provide a hydrating boost, but there aren’t enough vitamins and antioxidants in them to make a visible difference in your skin. Celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Fergie, Julia Roberts, and Salma Hayek take anti-inflammatory supplements such as omega-3’s, B Vitamins, and querecitin, which improve blood circulation, protect against acne flare-ups, encourage moisture absorption and retention.

Beauty Drinks like Glowelle have been seen in the hands of many celebrities, and are filled with vitamins, and antioxidants, but most of them need a little more work in the taste department. I usually find myself holding my nose as I take little sips until it’s gone. Imagine, all of this in the name of beauty.

But if it is a liquid that you prefer for getting your daily dose of vitamins and antioxidants, then blending your own natural juices is the way to do it. Juices are enriched with vitamins as well as antioxidants, which increase blood flow, reduce collagen breakdown, improve collagen deposition and production, and help with increasing the overall cell turnover rate of your skin. They also taste really good, and no nose holding.

Fresh Juices made with green leafy vegetables like celery, cucumber, and lettuce, lemon juice, ginger, or beets are best for boosting your health and complexion. I know you’re thinking, it sounds so great until you commit to the juicer, fruits and veggie’s and after day three when you haven’t noticed much of a difference, up on the top shelf it goes. Well I would urge you to give it at least one week before you throw in the towel. Aside from taking vitamins, this is a great alternative for getting that healthy glow from the inside out.
