As we get older, our bones and joints can get achy and unfortunately, even break! I never thought I’d be reviewing FlexNow Joint Formula at this stage of the game, but several weeks ago I fell down (don’t ask…lol) and severely broke my ankle. I have been battling the discomfort ever since.
I decided to give FlexNow Joint Formula a try due to the fact that they are so confident that you will get relief that they offer a money back guarantee. “Complete Relief…or Complete Refund”…that got my attention.

If you are like me, you probably have a ton of a vitamins and supplements that you take regularly as part of your battle against aging. Even if the vitamins that I take don’t do anything for me, I still feel better when I take them!
Two supplements that are backed by pages and pages of scientific research that I have started taking, though, are Oligonol and VitaPQQ. Some studies say it does, and experts say that Vitamin D is one of the best ways to keep hair skin and nails healthy.  Until now, cow’s milk had been the best way to get that all important vitamin D dose, but what if you are lactose intolerant?.  In recent years, researchers found that sunlight is also a great way to get the all important mineral…but not so fast.
Neutrogena recently commissioned a survey of over 2000 Americans to learn their sun protection habits.  The survey revealed that 32% of Americans are somewhat concerned that using sunblock will prevent them from …read more

Are vitamins worth it??

As much as we all try, chances are… we aren’t getting all the vitamins and minerals that we need so we really should take a multivitamin every day. We put the bottles on the table with dinner so that we don’t forget. It’s that simple and I can only hope that they will get us through the winter without too many colds.
I’ve had one weird cold so far this year. It was a lot shorter than usual, so I’m hoping that the vitamins had something to do with it!
