There was a time when we could eat anything we wanted and not gain an ounce. And then it got a little harder, but bringing up kids burned calories pretty quickly. Well, now we don’t have little kids to run after anylonger and our metabolism is slowing down. *A Little History of Yogurt
Apparently the sales of yogurt skyrocketed after writer Gayelord Hauser published a book entitled “Look Younger, Live Longer, in 1950. If the sales “skyrocketed” in 1950, I wonder how much is being sold today?
And, I wonder if that book is still around? It would be interesting to see what he had to say all those years ago. Just in case, I think that I will be picking up more today… the stuff with the live bacteria.
