The Winner Of The JetStream Hair Brush is..

Once again we had an amazing response to our latest give-away, The JetStream Hair Brush, and I have to say some of the comments about “how you are naughty to your hair” were some of the best I have ever heard. So now that you’ve shared yours with me, I feel it’s only fair that I should share two of my most embarrassing hair moments with you.

Both took place on my first move to Los Angeles when I was in my early twenties. I was wanting to dye my hair and a friend suggested trying Wild Cherry from Clairol. He said the color was beautiful and that it would look great on me. Well I decided to trust his suggestion and three hours later I was sitting in front of the bathroom mirror with orange hair. My best friend had a good laugh and then rushed me to the nearest beauty supply store to fix my mess.

The second was when I decided to perm my hair, I was working on a commercial and the hair stylist did my hair at the end of the day. It looked amazing when she did it, and suggested coming to the salon where she worked because she said if I permed my hair I could get the same look everyday. Again I thought why not and made an appointment to have her perm my hair. That same day, and four hours later as I was crossing Ventura Blvd to show that same best friend who also happened to work in a hair salon my hair, she could not contain her laughter at not only the height of my hair, but the ridiculous style. Let’s just say, Marge Simpson had nothing over me.

So there you have it, and believe me there is lots more. I am lucky to have hair with all of the things I have done to it. But enough of me, I am so happy to announce the winner of the JetStream Hair Brush is….Yvonne Butler!

“I have been coloring my hair for 49 years. I started just before graduation and had orange hair for graduation. I went to the beauty shop to get color to fix it and it turned out strawberry blonde. Who remembers what it went to after that. It’s been every color and shade except black. I also have permed because my hair sticks to my head and now here I am with flat grey streaked hair. THe grey actually looks good if my hair didn’t stick to my head. A brush like this would be a miracle worker cause I may be old…er but i still want to look good”
