Avocado
Who doesn’t love avocado? It’s a great source of “good fat.” Healthy monounsaturated fat helps reduce the bad cholesterol in your body, which can cause heart problems as well as dull, oily skin. Avocado is also a rich in vitamin E, which can help maintain younger looking skin. Additionally, the potassium in avocado reduces fluid retention (and who wants puffy eyes!).

Berries
You have probably heard tons of nutrition experts touting the benefits of berries … and they are right! Blueberries, blackberries and even black grapes are rich in phytochemicals — flavonoid-powerful antioxidants. Fish

Latisse from Allergan for anyone who isn’t familiar with this fairly new product was launched only a few months ago and has made quite a splash in the beauty world. Allergan who develops products for the eyes, as well as Botox, and Juvederm, discovered that the key ingredient, Lumigan in their Glaucoma medicine was making patients lashes grow long and thick. So thick that some of these patients were even trimming their newly thick and long lashes. Imagine that!

After noticing how many of his patients seemed embarrassed by the color of their teeth, Dr Fardad decided to start offering teeth bleaching. I was lucky enough to be blessed with nice teeth, but even I have been a victim of too much coffee and drinks that can stain your teeth. Always the ginny pig, of course I jumped at the chance to meet with Dr Fardad and see if this really worked. Usually 3 sessions of 7 to 12 minutes per visit is all you need to see instant results, but some have done 4 in one sitting. The process is painless and takes very little time. The worst part for me was not being able to talk, but when I saw how much whiter my teeth looked I was thrilled.

Right now Dr. Fardad is running a fantasic special which gives you 2 treatments for $99 each, or 3 treatments for $275. For the best results, Dr. Fardad recommends doing at least two treatments. Once you are finished you can look forward to whiter teeth for up to six months and longer. This of course depends on if you can cut down on the coffee, but one or two cups less a day is worth it to me. All patients receive a post-care package containing a lip balm, maintenance spray which you can carry in your purse, color chart, toothbrush & toothpaste.
