I need your help. I am trying to compose a post of anti-aging tips and advice, and was looking for reader input.
In the comments, could you please, very briefly, tell me your anti-aging advice or tip. I plan to put a few to the test and will write about their effectiveness and list them all in a post later in the month.
We can all benefit from each others tips and tricks, don’t you think?

Use inexpensive over the counter men’s mustash dye for covering those grey strands in your eyebrows.
Strength training, low-impact aerobic exercise and stretching 3 to 4 days a week. Each type of work out should be at least 30 to 45 minutes duration and split among different days of the week to allow for adequate recovery, such as upper body strength alternate days to lower body; aerobic exercise every other day; and stretching after exercise.
Aside from exercise, eating healthy, making meals from natural ingredients instead of prepackaged, and drinking plenty of water will help. Another key factor in anti-aging is getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, even on the weekends.
1.)Botox & Restylin once a year
2.) monthly facial where they take the dead skin layers off.
3.)Drink lots of water
4.)8 hours of sleep.
5.)Take daily walks or exercise 3-4 times a week with water exercises.
I have to second the advice regarding excercise, exfoliating at least 1X weekly, drinking at least 8-9 glasses of water and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Weight training is particularly effective (3-4x) a week, for toning and feeling grounded. It adds definition and actually sculpts your body. Daily walks preferably in the sunshine lift your spirits as well as providing vitamin D. Water aides in elimination, appetite moderation, and keeps you from drinking the nasty’s such as anything with sugar!!!
All of this also aides in combating depression.
