So, are you excited about this revolutionary new way to lose weight? Did you read my post on Sensa – the new approach to weight loss? Do you want to have a chance at trying Sensa with me?sensa_6_month_program

I have a six-month Sensa program (a $354 value) to give away to one lucky reader. In the hopes that you really want to try this and give me some feedback about the program, I need to know the following: I need to know that you need to lose weight, at least 30 pounds. I need to know that you will commit to this new program. I need to know that you will send me monthly updates. I need to know that you want to make this work as much for you as much as I want it to work for me.

In the six month program:

  • Sensa Months 1 through 6 – Up to a 180-day supply of Sensa Tastants – each month contains two .70 oz. shakers
  • How-to guide with usage instructions and tips for best results!
  • Getting Started DVD featuring in-depth product demonstrations, answers to commonly asked questions, and an interview with Sensa creator Dr. Alan Hirsch

If you agree to what I set forth above, then I need you to tell me in the comments if you are male or female, how much weight you need to lose, how much weight you want to lose, and why. Each entry that answers these questions in the comments on this post – truthfully – will be entered into the drawing to win. One winner will be chosen randomly amongst all qualified entries. Only one entry per e-mail address, and you must be over 18 years old to enter. This contest is only open to those who live in the United States and Canada. The contest begins as soon as this post is published and will end this Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 11:59 PM est.

Good Luck! I hope to find many of you who are as excited about this as I am.

I am female, 40 and would like to lose @ 30lbs. I quit smoking 4 years ago, and in that time, I have gained about 25-30lbs. I have tried different methods and have not been very successful in getting this weight off. I have a bad back, and the extra weight is hard on my back and arthritic knees and ankles. I am a typical “aging” woman and very sensitive about my changing appearance. I used to be very thin and in shape. This is not the case anymore, and I want very much to return to who I used to be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  27. Elizabeth Ray says:

I am 52, female, andreally need to lose at least 50 lbs, although it would be better for me to lose (man I hate to say this) 90. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. They told me then that obesity can lead to breast cancer. (Fine time to tell me.) During chemo, I lost 65 lb, ut that was because I couldn’t eat and keep food down for months. I have managed to fight another 20 lbs off since then, but have been stuck on a plateau for almost a year. (I try to tell myself that a plateau just means I’m not gaining, but I want to lose!) I’m told that if I lose the weight, I’m less likely to have a recurrance of the cancer. As much as I hate dieting, I hated that year of actively fighting cancer much more! Help me increase my odds of not getting cancer again!

  46. Theresa Shafer says:

    female

Need to lose enough to regain my health. Is it 40, 50, or 60.

Want to lose is at least 30. A realistic number.

Why? I am PRE-diabetic and need to get away from becoming diabetic. I have Gerd and losing weight will help with this. Start of arthritis and losing 1 pound will relieve 4 pounds off of my knees. Turning 50 and menopause symptoms are supposed to be better if a normal (non-obese) weight is maintained. Lastly, My doctor has given me THE TALK about my weight and how it is hard to diagnose my throwing up, swelling and swelling abdomen with pain. So far all the test are back “normal”. And since each item can help to cure, losing weight will be one more step to gaining my health back. As the saying goes if you have good health you have every thing.
Please help me to have the precious gift of health.
    Thank you,
    Theresa

  47. Lori Stone says:

I’m turning 50 this coming April. What a better way to celebrate half a century than losing enough to be back at the weight I was when I was 25 – - 120 lbs. I’ve already lost part of the weight on my own and only have 20 pounds left to go. Definitely do-able by April!!

  48. Donna says:
