I am a 28 yr old mother of 4 and a loving wife to my best friend. We had our last baby 18 months ago. During that pregnancy I gained 92 lbs. My doctor said it was most likely hormone related but they are not 100% sure seens how I haven't lost it yet. After 18 months of dieting and exercice I only lost 15lbs. I am 5'1 and 209 lbs. I've never been this big (117 avriage weight)and I am getting desperate. I am getting to the point were I hate to leave the house. My kids want me to go to there games and field trips but I found the weight that I have put on is also affecting my moods. I have tried pills, fasting, exercice, Doc Powells, and nothing has worked. The last diet I bought ($472) I lost .04 oz after 4 month of trying. I don't know what else I can do. Please if this is still going, Help me! I have really started to focus on what goes into my mouth, I walk 4 times a week sometimes 5 and if i could win this, i feel it just might get me closer to my goal.
