Gotta be the great Elizabeth Taylor. I read once that she always did her own eye makeup, wouldn’t allow makeup artists to do her eyes. She has a signature look, that’s for sure. Another one might be Joan Collins, she too has a way with eye makeup. I think the smoky eye look is sooooo sophisticated and mysterious!
