[...] 5 Fabulous Anti-Aging Foods : Aging Fabulous – Aging Beautifully … [...]

Good description, “cocoon of luxury”. This sounds like a perfect serum to try!
Loved the recent article in InStyle Mag. Congrats on the top 10 placement.
I am only 23 but my legs are already covered in spider veins! Is there anything I can do to stop them occuring in the first place?
There’s no fool-proof way to prevent all spider veins from occurring, but there are ways to minimize the number of veins that you have…such as:
- Always wear sunscreen and minimize sun expossure
- Not crossing your legs and elevate them while resting
- Eat a diet low in salt, high in fiber and watch your weight
- Get different parents (lol)
I’m not a doctor, so make sure and discuss this with a medical professional as well. Thanks for reading my blog! Best regards, Lucie
Wow!!
I cannot find where to buy the VitaPQQ anywhere? What companies sell this formula you wrote about? The q.o.l. site does not sell this.
Thanks for your help in this
Does anyone know if this product has any positive or negative effects on thinning hair?
I have Binaca PepperMint. I am with Ava Marlene Stearns (Wife).
I wish to go to Paris France.
I use the WAVE…
my favorite beauty tip is applying lotion ASAP after your shower. i can always tell the difference when i don’t!
If you color your hair at home put conditioner around your hairline before coloring and the color won’t stick to your skin.
Meredith,
You have a wonderful personality and you can light up any room with your smile. You also have a great set of legs and are so sexy…I wish we could date
They say I’m aging fabulously and I’m so glad to hear it! Love your blog. Beauty tip…..what to do when you run out of moisturizer for your lips, or elbows or knees or under the eyes?? Use organic coconut oil. It melts into your skin instantly and is super hydrating, and one $10 jar could last a year. It’s my emergency relief.
My beauty tip is to give your eyelash curler a little blast with the hairdryer to heat it up, makes your lashes nice & curly super fast!
I have very dry skin and find if I apply a sheer lightweight moisturizing serum first on clean skin and let it sink in my heavier moisturizer stays put on my skin when I apply it afterwards.
Use an exfoliate on your face everyday and on your body once a week.
No matter how tired you are, it’s important to remove makeup and moisturize before going to bed. Thank you!
The best beauty tip I ever got is to get enough sleep! Thanks!
If you color your hair at home put conditioner around your hairline before coloring and the color won’t stick to your skin
Put a deep moisterizer on each night. Thanks for the chance.

Eat a vegetarian diet for clear skin, good sleep, slim body!!
“Inner beauty is important, but not nearly as important as outer beauty.” Excuse me but am I the only one that sees something very wrong with this statement? Any preteen or teenager that sees this commercial is receiving the message that how you look is more important than how smart you are or how nice you are. This message is giving the “pretty” people of the world an excuse to be mean and feel like they’re better than the smart people and the nice people because they’re what the world considers pretty. There is no reason that the smart and nice people should be treated like lesser beings just because they don’t fall into the category of what the world says is beautiful. I think you should really rethink that statement and realize that although the product is aimed at an older generation the younger generations will still see the commercial and hear the message that in the end beauty is the most important thing in life.
What you put in your body is as important as what you put on your body. Eat fresh, healthy foods and your skin will thank you!
My tip is to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. It is one of the most important things you can do for your skin.
Moisturize every day! Thank you!
I clean my face off at least twice a day with rubbing alcohol followed by moisturizers.
Always wear moisturizer with SPFs summer and winter
I always keep a cute baseball cap handy in my car or by the back door to the garden at home. I wear it out all year round —running errands or just in the garden, even on cloudy days. I think this is why I don’t have alot of forehead or eye wrinkles…
if you have face cream that doesn’t work for you – use it on your heels to smooth out the rough patches.
Omega-3 rich foods are the key for healthy skin and hair, but for some eye brightening, dot light shimmery pink just above you iris and lightly rim the inside of eyelids in white. The latter helps alot with tired, baggy, morning eyes.
Hydration is one of the most important elements of keeping skin looking good. Keep a pitcher of filtered water within your reach throughout the day and complete a minimum of 1 1/2 quarts daily.
exactly what I’m looking for, without the plastic surgery or needles in the face….does it really work??
if you sleep with your head elevated, it will decrease puffiness in the eye area
This is very useful information, thank you! I use another version of a banana face mask: Mash banana and mix with olive oil. Leave on face, neck and hands until absorbed…about 30 min. and shower off.
Also important to know: only do an oil based mask such as this when you are not going outside…it is best to do in the evening before showering and staying in. And..after this mask you really don’t need to do an evening moisture cream..just let your skin breathe..
Keep moving! Regular exercise keeps you healthy and pretty!
