  2. Karen M says:

Moisturizer with a GOOD QUALITY (Not cheap!!) moisturizer at least twice a day. I wish I had done this all along.

The most important is to use sunscreen

  4. Deborah Stinson says:

I take vitamins daily and do a lot of walking. That’s my anti-aging tip. I also believe that I’m still 27, so that helps!

  5. Kathy Davis says:

Starting to show my age and loss my baby face… Need to try new things to keep my skin young….

  6. Elaine Rosser says:

Live,Love and Laugh and moisturize everyday!

  7. Rozetta says:

Thanks for a great contest! My best anti-aging tip is to always use a good moisturizer. I have extremely dry skin, and keeping it moisturized is very important.

  8. Barbara Moorman says:

Sunscreen! I am swiftly approaching 40, but I have never been a ’sun worshiper’, partially because I have fair skin, but also because I never felt the need or had the inclination to tan like most of my peers, even when I was entering pageants. As a result of always protecting my skin from the sun, I do not look anything at all like most seem to think I should at my age. I credit the fact that I always hid from the sun, or slathered myself with sunscreen very liberally.

  9. Barbara A. says:

I take a fish oil, calcium/zinc, and multiple vitamin every day and feel it has prevented colds and illnesses in me and I’m sure it helps in other ways too.

  10. Karen says:

Lots of lotion and liquid! Plus I don’t smoke.

  11. Lynda C says:

Cant’ stop the age from coming, but I can wear sunscreen everyday and keep wrinkles down.

  12. Marilyn Wons says:

I never wash my face with soap. I rinse with hot then cold water.

  13. Bev Byrd says:

Never go to bed without cleansing off makeup and moisturizing.

  14. henrietta phillips says:

sometimes only vaselline helps when i have very dried skin.

  15. Beth says:

As I get older, I notice my eyes are puffy and bloodshot when I wake up. A little bit of Visine, or some type of eye drops that “take the red out” makes them clear, the whites bright and ready for makeup.

  16. Shannon Heard says:

    Moisturize!

  17. Susan says:

Getting plenty of sleep is the best for me.

  18. Jamie Feldman says:

I use sunscreen under my make up- even a special eye moisturizer that has sunscreen in it.

  19. Tonia Rowe says:

Use a SPF moisturizer of at least 30 under your makeup everyday!

  20. Nicole Smith says:

No smoking, and no sun unless you are properly sunscreening are my tips. :) And smile….it makes you feel and look good.

  21. Achris says:

I have always loved the beach and enjoyed the compliments I would receive from “healthy, glowing tanned skin.” That was not a “healthy glow” I had each summer but rather a “clock burner.” Each time I basked in the sun, especially without sunscreen, I would add 1-2 years of aging to my body and skin. That wasn’t so bad in my teens and early 20’s when I wanted to look older. It was a decision I wish I had been more educated about so my 40’s would easily be the new 30’s!

  22. Jennifer Barnett says:

I try to drink more water and use only gentle cleansers on my face.

  23. LKG says:

Skin lighteners if you have discoloration from melasma or age spots. Studies have shown that discolored skin looks older than wrinkled skin.

  24. Margaret Herrin says:

    Moisturize and sunscreen.

  25. Deborah Craghill says:

    sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen

  26. Carol Harrity says:

Smile often, frowning makes permanent lines in your face.

  27. Genevieve says:

dont be afraid to use a (good) “foundation”. Better if its a mineral powder. It will most definately protect your face rather than hurt it!

  28. Sharla Toigo says:

Besides ALWAYS wearing sunscreen, having at least one good belly laugh per day!

  29. Tonya Keener says:

Get atleast 7 or 8 hours sleep per night

  30. Linda White\ says:

I moisterize more and use better stuff on my face

  31. Julie Chadwick says:

    no sun and no smoking!

  32. Faith Ellis says:

Try this experiment – take a hand-held mirror and then lie down on your side as if sleeping. Now look at how your pillow wrinkles up the skin around your eyes and the side of your face. Now experiment with having the pillow back farther, like having only half your face on it, and see how much less wrinkled up your skin is. Keep experimenting, looking in the mirror till you find a position that wrinkles you up the least! And like the others have already written – sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen!

  33. Joanne Karnik says:

I take a tablespoon of flax oil everyday.

  34. Marlo Atchison says:

I use vitamin e oil around my eyes everyday to help reduce wrinkles

  36. Jennifer Phillips says:

What goes in you is as important as what goes on.

  37. Kimberly Cook says:

The positive effects of moderate exercise on mood and general health in premenopausal women are well documented. Moderate aerobic exercise, 3 times a week, significantly reduces premenstrual symptoms.

  38. Robert Schiferl says:

Men need estrogen, typically known as the women’s hormone, but men need to avoid “estrogen dominance,” which can cause weight gain, fat accumulation, and fatigue. Achieve a balanced ratio of testosterone to estrogen to di-hydrotestosterone.

  39. Pam Schad says:

Drink alot of water to keep your body and skin hydrated.

  40. Huguette E. says:

The best anti-anging steps to follow are exercise, drink plenty of water, no smoking, eat healthy, use moisturizer and always, always use sunblock!

  41. Tracy Tanner says:

Use sunscreen daily. Use makeup that has sunscreen too. If you don’t wear foundation daily, reapply your sunscreen several times a day since it’s effectiveness wears-off.

  42. Dana Drake says:

    Sunscreen and lots of moisturizer!

  43. Laura Griggs says:

stop smoking, get your exercise and laugh more often.

  44. Anne says:

Live a healthy lifestyle. The healthier you are, the better you look. Makeup helps a lot too!

  45. Joanne Alvergue says:

Take care of your skin from the inside by drinking lots of water, and eating lots of fruits and veggies. Of course it also helps to moisturize, moisturize, moistuize! ;)
