I am definitely a Philosophy girl.  I have become addicted to a few of their anti-aging skin care products and I want to share them with you!

I have already written about Help Me! A Retinol Night Treatment and the Booster Caps, and I just tried the Booster Serum. You want to try to win this three piece Philosophy set. Besides the fact that these goodies are worth $155, they are fabulous products full of everything you need to help fight the signs of aging.

    Mine surely aren’t original, but to be sure to clean my face thoroughly (remove all makeup every night), exfoliate well a couple of times a week,use a good moisturizer and sunscreen, and be sure to always get a good amount of both sleep and water!

    Moisturize, moisterize, moisterize. Stay out of the sun and get 8 hours of sleep every night. Having good genes helps too.

    I carry a bottle of rehydrating mist to spritz my skin throughout the day, and moisturize twice a day.

    Things I do to slow the aging process:
    sunscreen all over every single day
    vitamins every single day
    minimum of 8 hours sleep every night
    minimize consumption of meat, alcohol, fats

    EXFOLIATE regularly! It’s especially necessary as we get older and cell turnover slows down. And wear two eye creams…..the first as a serum or correcting eye cream, and then a hydrating/moisturizing cream over it. Worth the extra step!

    I try to stay out of the sun and always use a moisturizer with at least an SPF of 20.

    I don’t really have many suggestions, I use moisturizer at night and sunscreen during the day.
